Didn't have any wait time from the time I got registered in for my appt to the time the nurse called me back and the Dr was in very shortly after the nurse was done with us. So no waiting time! Very prompt! Everyone was so nice,greeted us with a smile and willinglingness to want to help.

We loved the time she took to explain things and see what questions we had. I didn't feel rushed or brushed aside which is good because this is a serious surgery.
