I appreciate the attentiveness to my concerns, and the genuine concern shown by provider. When I probed for more information, it was provided, and multiple scenarios were discussed so that I felt I was ready to make well-informed choices based on lab results and knew what steps to take next for treatment of my conditions. I especially appreciate having access to the messaging system through MyChart, so that I can conveniently contact my provider for follow-up.

I've had Dr Elliott look at the spot before on breast . He was very courteous, and took every opportunity to tell me what he thought it was and discussed my options. This time it was bigger than before and he suggested I'd have it removed and I agreed. All of my questions were answered, but he said He would call me back either way if it was nothing which he thought it was or if it was something. But his nurse Adrien called back , I just would have liked if he would follow up and do a call to this 66 year old soul to put me at ease more .

Michael Elliott is a top tier provider. I like his bedside manner a lot but he isn't a push over either. He expects you to follow through on your end of the deal but he does this in a way to help us get the desired results. He listens and he explains things so well and clearly. He's also consistent. The provider, Michael Elliott, found an area that needed a biopsy to determine if further care was needed. He found it after a trainee did the initial exam and didn't mention that area as potentially problematic. Michael's thorough exam found a melanoma, which was confirmed by pathology. We caught it in the earliest stage, so the treatment will be much less invasive as compared to a more advanced melanoma. Many thanks to Michael for his thorough work.
