Physical Therapist can provide outpatient services with or without provider referral. Some insurance carriers require a physician referral before payment will be authorized for the service. Contact your insurance carrier prior to scheduling an appointment.

As an existing patient, you may schedule an appointment by contacting us at 319-356-2663. Walk-in patients are welcome and can usually be seen within one hour of their arrival time.
