The program consists of three major components:
The program is based on the Department of Nursing philosophy that values and promotes quality patient care via excellence in clinical practice, research, and evidence-based decision making. It integrates research utilization and evidence-based practice activities into the quality and outcomes management initiatives. Much of the work is done via the:
